​- Diamond Wire Cutting machines are equipped with main electric motors with 50 / 60 / 75 / 100 HP (6 poles), which enable a maximum linear wire speed of 40 m/sec and have increased starting torque.

- The cutting speed of the machine is controlled by a special electronic card in order to keep the tension on the wire constant as a function of the cutting voltage and to stop the machine and the pulley rotation in case of a malfunction or wire breakage.

- The width of the rail used (1.280 mm.) and the use of heavier casting provide the machine with a more balanced working opportunity during cutting operations.

- I HP power servo motor enables the machine to quickly change position on the rails, 360° rotation of the main pulley, 50 / 60 / 75 / 100 HP motor, side movements (250 mm to the right, 250 mm to the left) 0.75 HP motor and 1.5 HP power for the rotation movement of the head.

- It is provided with the help of a powerful motor and a remote control panel. The control panel, where all functions can be performed, can be positioned away from the work area. All functions of the machine are controlled by the electrical element called PLC. Machine has 2 rails in length 3 m each.
