​- TIGER MINIFILL Diamond Wire Cutting (counting) machine is equipped with a main electric motor with 25-30-40 HP power, which enables a maximum linear wire speed of 26 m/s and has an -

- INCREASED START-UP TORQUE. The cutting speed of the machine is controlled by a special electronic card to keep the tension on the wire constant as a function of the cutting voltage and to stop the machine and the pulley rotation in the event of a malfunction or wire breakage.

- The main pulley is protected by a reinforced metal cover to prevent damage in case the diamond wire breaks.

- The width of the rail used is 700 mm and the use of heavier casting provides the machine with more stable operation during cutting operations.

- The machine's rapid position change on the rails is provided by the 1 hp auxiliary engine. 360° rotation of the main pulley (Ø500 mm) is provided by a mechanical device.

The control panel, where all functions can be performed, can be positioned away from the work area.
